Cheyenne Mtn. Lodge Event Request - September 30, 2009

Postby agorski » September 17th, 2009, 1:44 pm

I've been asked if we would provide a couple of scopes and astronomers for 3 hours on Wed night, 9/30/2009 at the Cheyenne Mountain Lodge.

It's for 65 people so I told them I would ask for 3 scopes. It's a weeknight and if anyone can do this, please let me know.

It would be $250 for the club but I have not committed to this unless people are willing. I would but I work WED nights.

So just reply here if you want to do this.

Thanks
Alan

Alan

I will try to be there, but I cannot fully commit at this time. I will be
opening the post office that day.

Alan,

Is this for an Executive Conference of Northrop Grumman Information Systems managers?
I think I may be there all day "doing meetings".
Can you use another scope?

This venue was discussed at last night's meeting and an October 3rd date mentioned. Can we confirm that this is for next Wednesday, 9/30 or 10/3?

Thank you

This is the 30th Sep, Wednesday.

I think I forgot the zero (0) when I wrote it on the agenda thus Tom thought it was 3rd. :)
