RMSS 2012 Start up!!

Alright folks a few things about the 2012 RMSS.
RMSS will be 13-16 June 2012 at "Starry Meadows", Gardner, CO
In keeping with the crazy bad science that will be coming this year and the nutzy predictions of the "end-of-the-world" our theme this year is "Apocalypse, Not!"

We would like to get things started early and are calling for artwork around this theme. Please limit the colors to four plus a shirt background color. The format should be 800x600 minimum and fit a 8 ½ x 11 sheet of paper for voting. The more resolution the better. Detail on where to send it will be coming.

If you have conncetions or ideas for our Guest speakers, please let me know ASAP. We are working on some "special" folks that, until we can confirm, I do not want to mention in a public forum(might cause a surge in registrations).

We will be having our "Kick Off" meeting sometime in January and a schedule of all meetings will be published here for everyone else.
I strongly encourage all CSAS members to lend a hand in the 2012 RMSS.
Last year’s team was great and I would love to have everyone back again.
If you want the same job you did last year let me know. Some of the positions have had the duties changed so you may want to wait for the duties/descriptions to be posted.

I will soon be publishing the departments and jobs that need to be done for RMSS.
